With all the friggen' mistakes I made on scoring, etc. this week the edits will soon take up have of the post. Thanks to all who are finding the mistakes!

While the Twist originally looked like it would add some interest and complications to the game, in “reality” this was a pretty average week in the ABPABC. The good news is that no one got any negative points this week and the point totals are building quickly.

Before we go any further, your entry this week was the last time you could have picked a booted ABC player and not be booted yourself from this game. Starting next week on November 13 you will be eliminated if you pick a booted player. Be careful out there!

As befitting their status as #1 and #2 in the game lozengeoflove had 131 points and sittem followed closely behind with 127 points. Bringing up the rear was a very nice -42 points for djandy who is dominating this end of the game.. None of this is any real news as these are the players who keep it going week after week. Strikingly, tribephyl was third in scoring this week and as well stands third in the standings. The amazing part of this is the tribester holds down last in the ABC, so the ster knows how to play it both ways.

The weekly answers for the bonus questions:
1. Secret Woid was platform and bubbastan, LeftPinkey and echo uttered the word in the ABC. Unfortunately, no one managed to choose the right ABP. (If you can find another ABP who included it let me know and I’ll make an adjustment). We're going to try to correct that this week. See post #5 in LC's ABC thread.

2. Blue, Red and Green, all win points in BS as the dummy who runs the game forgot to incorporate the ghost players into the scoring system.

3. Ditto the above for WS. Idiot!

4. In the PTB we finally had a winner with our new system, but PhoenixMons was the only one. We’ll play for the PTB again this week with four groups. For simplicity I’m folding the old group #4 into the other groups and naming the newly entered Ghosts as group #4 (whoever they are – I just know I’m not one of them – did I mention I was crushed by this in the PTB thread?). No colors here – just pick group #1 for Doddlebug, sleeeve, tribephyl, djandy; Group #2 for Team Joisey, ulalame, RudyRules, forehead, echogirl; Group #3 bubbastan, Survivor Maniac, Sisyphus; LeftPinky, Lolly; Group #4 Ghosties (whoever they are).

5. In the 25 point Secret Woid added later in the week as an extra bonus there were no winners. The woid was Ed. The connection? One of the readmitted Survivors was Burton. That’s an unusual name. How many Burtons on TV do you know? I don’t watch a lot of TV, but I do know that Ed’s best friend is Dr. Burton. This was just a one time bonus opportunity.

The updated standings are below (if your score is black you’ve had no penalty points, if it’s orange you’ve had -25 penalty points because you picked an eliminated ABP one week and if it’s green you’ve had -50 penalty points because you picked a booted ABP two times).

The other two bonus questions remain the same. Pick your ABC contestant who you think will utter the Secret Woid. I think I can guarantee that there will be more success this week on the part of the ABC’s.

And, we have one more bonus possibility. It’s an over/under contest on how many ABC’s will utter the Secret Woid. Just pick a letter for how many ABC’s will get it right. If you chose the correct range you’ll get 20 bonus points. If you are one away you’ll get 14 points. If you are two away you get 9 points, if you are three away you’ll get 7 points and if you are 4 or more away you get 3 points.

Remember, pick no more than 9 ABP's this week as safe!

Edited to add the Ghosties (have you ever seen four cumulatively longer names than these four? If you have name them for 10 bonus points - to get the points the letters of four posters names/any names on the BS boards, must add up to more than 51 and if you get these points you have all together to much time on your hands!
