"Driving in cars with boys!" and "Jon must be showing off his driving skill, yet again!!!" - right hand drive cars - still in Australia.

"Looks like Cleveland....NOT!!!" - looks like north Queensland, could be Cairns Airport?

"Cheezit, the cops!!!" - does not look like anywhere in Australia that I am familiar with.

The naked Jon picture scenery does not look like Australia.

Ooh, I'm a bit upset because I think they may be ending here in Phoenix! Unshown shot of Chip and Reichen in a taxi (can you post it?) has a building in the background that looks a lot like a city of Tempe water building on the Rio Salado Parkway, just east of Mill Avenue, along the Tempe town lakes, at ASU. You would drive this route from the airport to get to ASU's football stadium. Jon jumping the wall (Cheezit shot) has a bus coming into the frame that is painted like the Valley Metro buses (note horizontal purple and soon to be seen diagonal teal green stripe). Any other Arizonans want to weigh in on this?

That does look like Valley Metro. Can someone post more vidcaps or a bigger one from that section?

What would have been the time frame for the ending? When would they have come through here?

Edited to add: is there somewhere to view the entire preview? Couldn't see it on CBS website.

Timeframe: we know TAR was in Cairns (off road racing) on Feb. 12th, so must be sometime soon afterwards.

Another Arizonan here... been a lurker for awhile and have loved reading all the posts! If only we'd known they were in AZ in February!! Who would we have tried to trip up! My other comment is, if they flew into Sky Harbor, it is only a hop, skip and a jump to ASU... about 5-6 miles to get to the stadium. So, I wonder if they had to go do something else on the way??

Edited to add: if we could get a clear shot of the side window we might be able to see what route and narrow the location down.

Husband confirms that is ASU stadium (home to AZ Cardinals and Fiesta Bowl too). He's a lifelong resident and has been to scores of games there. Shot with Valley Metro bus looks like it's in the same general area, possibly near park on Tempe Town Lakes between Mill and Ash. I don't think it looks like downtown Phoenix or up along Central Ave.

I think a poster at Sucks, confirmed it is Phoenix as the credits listed on the last show has thank yous to ASU stadium and several businesses in town.

Seems we never notice the credits have done that for awhile.

So is ASU Stadium and Frank Kush field the finishing point. Begin in a stadium and end in a stadium?

It would be interesting to know what businesses are listed. I don't tape this so I can't go back and check. May give clues as to what, other than finsh, they may do here.

Papago Park description says:

Maybe they finish in Phoenix Municipal Stadium, after starting in Dodgers Stadium. How ironic.

They will have been there at about the beginning of Spring Training. Although they do mention the football stadium specifically but not the baseball park.

Supposedly Phil said that this year there is a big mental challenge in the finale. They should really make the clues harder - I loved in the first TAR when they got a Tunisian flag, or in TAR3 when they got a photo of that cathedral in Mexico City. Maybe they can say something like "the next route marker is where the state's first governor can be found." Make them go to the library or something to figure out who that is.

Papago Park has rock climbing. There are lots of little weather-worn nooks and crannies in the sandstone for hiding clues. Gov. Hunt's tomb could be part of it. There are also lots of trails too. If they had to go to the zoo, the ballpark, or the botanical gardens, wouldn't those have been listed specifically in the credits?

The picture titled "Looks like Cleveland....NOT!!!" looks just like the water front in downtown Hilo, Hawaii (the big Island). The picture titled "Jon must be showing off his driving skill, yet again!!!" looks like the highway north or west of Hilo.

The "ASU Stadium???" shot shows ?Chip running to the presumed finish line. They wouldn't show that if it was a rush to the end, because they want to keep suspense.

Case in point, the models and the older, large people in leg one. We weren't sure who would go, they focused on the stairs until someone run up them. Why show the gay guys running to the finish line if they're going to win?

It spoils (lol) all of the suspense. So, I say that the married guys don't win. But I can't peg the other which of the other teams wins, or even where the gay guys finish. Probably third, but I'm interested as to where Reichen is if Chip is running in there.

May not be the end at all, a possible final RB? Something like the final RB last season, where they had to line up all of the animals that they had encountered, in order.

That final RB theory kills my idea of them not winning, so I'll just stick with the "Married Couple Don't Win" theory.

Has anyone got a clue why Jon would be nude? He's wearing goggles to protect his eyes, but he is not protecting anything else!

To me it looks like he had to retrieve some sort of object from the water, and then he's pounding some kind of stake into it. Maybe it's some kind of fruit and the roadblock is to split it open.

As far as why he's naked? Maybe he wasn't wearing his swim trunks and would rather not walk around in wet underwear all day long. Or maybe he had promised Kelly that if they had made it to the final leg, he would do one of the tasks nude.

Could the nakedidity be related to some kind of "native Aboriginal" task?

Without any print in the photo, it is impossible to tell if the photo has been "flipped" or not. And I've seen that done more than once. But the vehicles look identical to the ones they have been using in Australia, so I am inclined to agree with you that it is not Hawaii.

Jon may be the "winner" of the title. "Looks like Adam building his first house" is dead on for Kelly to say if Jon is building some hut naked. I saw somewhere else that somebody thought they saw Kelly naked too. Anyone confirm this b/c I sure as heck didn't see that.

Which would mean that the last five title quotes belong to Jon and Kelly (last four by Jon, finale by Kelly). Wonder if that bodes well for them. Flo had by far the most quotes last year as well.
