HI earl,I think it is extraoidinarily DUMB to plan a double U-Turn when the flights are divided 4-3. Teams on the second flight HAVE to Uturn and the UTurn team has practically ZERO chances of making up the time.
Hopefully, karma will catch up with Team BB. She sure isn't making any friends on the other teams.
The funny thing is that she thought she was making friends. From my POV, she certainly did help them so they should acknowledge that instead of complain about her.
Well, it wasn't helping them to give them the wrong information. Sure, at the very end she told them what the clue was, but if she had given them the right words earlier maybe they all could have worked together to figure out the clue.
"Sure, at the very end she told them what the clue was..."That is really all that matters. Both teams finished well ahead of the competition so they should have thanked her.
Guess what! I fell asleep and have just woken up at 10:30.Lucky, the entire race was recorded nut now I get to watch it late so I will not comment till the end.
Personally, I don't even like the U-turns.But I really agree that double u-turns should not be after split flights, here we see all the teams of the first flight know they are way ahead of the second flight teams so them never used the double u-turn for it's true propose.
If they had all been on the same flight, or this occurred before splitting up we would have seen more teams thinking about using the u-turn.
As it is, unless someone makes a MAJOR MAJOR mistake no-one on the first flight could come in last.
Flat Earth vs Round Earth: Not only they were very boring to listen to the numbers were all wrong.Earth is 93,000.000 miles from the Sun.
Yes, but I think the question was about Copernicus's evaluation.
Yeah, they listed a couple of different estimates for the distance. I think that was part of the flat earth guy's argument - they can't agree on the distance so they must be wrong.
A spa tub full of beer! How can the race have a shortage of people who want to be on it.I know if you take a bath you can take in water.
Oh! You just get the clue not the bath, what a disappointment!
PS, Notice the beer bellies on those guys.
And the silly smiles. I'm guessing that there is an osmosis effect to taking a beer bath. And I'm hoping for the public's sake that that beer bath water doesn't get bottled.
It's the movie Brazil in real life!I want mine flip phone!
Phil is warning racers that there will be more surprises like the head-to-head.
Sorry about waking up late. I promise to do the two hour show next week better.
No need to apologize, Earl. Looking forward to your comments whenever you can.
I was disappointed to see the violinists go. I thought they were decent guys and pretty good racers. I wonder just how far back they were. It looked like they had almost caught up, but that might have been the editing.
Good racers? They've finished 4th, 4th, 4th, 5th, 7th and 7th so, except for the first two weeks, they were constantly below average...and always BORING so good riddance.
