"TAR 22 Promos"

There was a promo during the Grammy's, I swore I heard it wrong but a couple of sites on the interwebs seem to have heard the same thing I did.

Three teams quit during the first leg?

Casting Department Fail?!?

What will this do to the NEL leg tally?

Heh, great minds think alike - I had just posted in the other thread about this issue when yours came up.

I'd bet that it's a Romber-type of thing - quitting a task and choosing to take the penalty rather than a total quit. Just a little over-hyping by the CBS production crew.

That makes more sense than quitting outright. The task would have to be really awful to make you quit the race entirely. Unless there are some tasks that you aren't allowed to quit and take a penalty on???

Well, it sure did not work out for one team.

And as we saw the 4 hour delay, still only ending up costing 1.5 hours the next day.

Of-course, the doctors made fools of themselves (really one shell at a time?) allowing both delayed teams to beat them.

Just goes to show, in the race no matter how far behind you start at NEVER GIVE UP!

There's still a chance for Lena and Kristy to catch up to the twins...
