Meanwhile, did you catch Laurence's expression during the World's Most Awkward Conversation with Cindy. Swarmy to the last degree. 'You will never figure this out, because you are woman!' And she didn't try to visibly track down that employee, so they got the ultimately-pointless jump.

At least she hasn't tried to U-Turn anyone in front of her lately.
