PS. These teams look good but I have doubts about the blondes.

The old couple looks healthy and if they don't make too many mistakes should do good.

But what is will all the crazy couples thinking they can work on their relationships during the race?

Can't put all the blame on the producer.

Of course a lot of people seem to figure out imploding relationships mean more camera time and seem to care more about that then the person they claim to love.

American Airlines flight delayed....... but still got there first.......

Team Weregeek is the first to arrive at the sandwhich shop, and all teams must become an "old-school Barista" by driving a cart with Coffee and various snacks...... over a stony road and up an incline/furnicular? Hoo-boy!

This may not seem to be too funny on the surface as a viewer, but it's funny when you think from the perspective of some random guy on the street when you get approached by strange American tourists wearing backpacks and a camera crew with them saying:

Detour: Hard Way Up or Soft Way Down

Hard Way Up: Climb up a steep staircase on your hands and knees and answer a mystery question....... Failure to answer the question correctly means you go around the block and climb again........ and try to answer the question again..... (Unless you're very confident about your ability to answer the question, I'd say no way.)

Soft Way Down: Find an outdoor elevator, and go up to the roof (using the marked way..... up a staircase it appears....) and then climb down a cargo net the whole way back down.

Soft way is a sure thing, why do anything else unless you know that the alternative is a lot faster.

Well since there is only three teams on the net at a time you could get hung up on the net waiting. You don't have to wait on the steps.

However not knowing the question makes it a riskier choice. Usually in the race the slightly riskier thing often has a chance of being faster than the sure bet.
