This is our Final Four (nee. eight?) Seriously? A one-and-a-quarter wit, the Accent Avengers, one pair of interchangeable sashes, and the power shoppers? This is what the TAR-Stars have come down to? We lost the Mega-DAWS, the Elder Statesmen Of Evil, Team Inconceivable, John Vito And Jill And Jill's Dead Brother, The Necrosis (because they went beyond mere festering), Argh! Undies! and whoever it was that kept asking when the Chos were going to grab the other end of their leash? This is what we've got left? Ye gawds. That's it. There's only one cure for what ails this Race. Blow it up and start over. New teams. New locations. New rules. Things that have never been done before and should never be done again. And you know what all this means, right?

On my mark, everyone switch over to Drive.

I dunno, I like some of the actors on Drive, but I dunno if it's going to last long enough to be worth getting into it. I already got too much recording the second hour, so I don't think I'll even TIVO it. *hangs head* some of it is on VH1. I think I need an intervention.

At least it looks like TAR is going to be on time tonight.

All the morning flights are booked based on D/O and C/?? Who go to ticket places.

E/D and D/K go to airport. Malasian Air with later flight opens at 4 am. China air that leaves at 8 am an hour earlier opens at 5.

They are all at the airport trying to book themselves on standby for flights to Hong Kong on either Malaysia Air or China Air since the first flights are sold out.

D/O and C/M just scared the heck out of a China Air staffer. He looked in fear for his life.

Charla Danny and Oswald keep the guy in the office and the others are waiting at the counter, and they try to get bumped in front of them up at the counter, but they won't

They are trying to get the order changed, but they tell them that they were in line but downstairs.

So now they are trying to get aligned against the bubbly girls.

Danny and Oswald get checked in on the first flight and gave Charla the standby code for the next flight.

Nameless is driving me nuts. She, of course, is not a manipulative person but those "yield queens" are terrible awful people for doing the same thing.

Why is nobody trying for different flights? They are just going for these two that they know are very full. Standby is not a sure thing. Wouldn't there be a connecting flight somewhere?

Exactly. I don't know if the rules would allow it, but booking a 5 a.m. shuttle flight to Singapore and then grabbing one of a half dozen or dozen airlines (Cathay, SIA, JAL, etc.) to Hong Kong from there would work.

At an airport area, the Fast Forward task is a high-speed driving stunt. PS: they don't tell Cha Cha Cha what the stunt is........ It's a tip-over stunt!

KFF: climb up a building with a bunch of ninjas hanging around the bamboo sturcture to get to the clue.

LIT: search through an area to find the one sign pictured in the envelope, an exact match!

This stuff may be not the real Hong-Kong, but boy does this look like fun!

At the FF, Cha Cha Cha received a Gnome along with the express pass to the Pit Stop.

Next they end up on a taxi to Hong-Kong Island instead of a ferry and end up LEAVING Hong-Kong Island by ferry. This cost them a lot of time. Can E&D catch up?

After the Roadblock, teams must go to a park and pull the TGnome across a pool on a minijunk, which also contains the next clue. Which leads to the Jockey Club Pitstop.

Looks like the BQs are heading to the pitstop, and Casino bettors on them are gonna lose their points on them.....


It looks like the whole theme of this leg is HK movie based.....

Most of the tasks have nothing to do with the real culture of Hong-Kong and still this looks like one of the most fun legs I have seen in a while.

We will need to wait till next week to see how much time there was between E&D and C&M, but it looked like C&M lost enough of their lead that if Eric had agreed to a taxi in the first place, that they (E&D) could have come in third.

Yeah, I know the Macau tower is a duplicate of the one in Auckland -- but that didn't look like Auckland around it.

Plus, while both towers feature bungee-jumping from the deck, I thought only the Macau tower has a skywalk on the deck (the famous Skywalk X), because of the high winds in Auckland.
