"Leg 3, Part 2 info from Phil's blog "

I was just reading Phil's blog on CBS.com and he gives a little info as to how some of the teams arrive at the "Not-really-a" Pit Stop in Red Square.

Here is what he wrote:

It’s just magic to watch the light change during the afternoon and into the night. In the end the teams ended up coming in very close together. Love that. Being a virtual Pit Stop, I had fun with some of the teams today. Lake & Michelle were extremely excited to hear that they were in second place and then shocked to find out they had to keep going. Fran & Barry have moved up in the order, Dave & Lori have moved to the back of the pack and were extremely relieved to hear they are still in it. Some really emotional arrivals today. They give so much to each leg that the idea of having to maintain the Race mode is really tough for some teams.

Here's the link to read the whole entry:

Thanks for posting this Jen. Can we assume that, with Phil being so open with the team order, we are bound to have a bunching point in part II?

Undoubtedly. The written preview from CBS says that computers go down at a foreign airport. Bunch point.

It says "leaving several teams without a flight" which indicates to me only a partial bunching point.

I wonder if Phil got stuck too. That would be interesting to see.
