This is a book title listed on Amazon. It is a trade paperback, fiction, 160 pages (very small), scheduled for publication in November. No description of subject or content. No other titles are listed by this author. Hmmm.

Didn't have time to check "Who is...?" but I bet it's that watermark.com site.

Anybody care to bet 50 cents or so?
