the population (10,623) and the room no. @ Martha's (10,624A)?
Like they were cataloging the residents...and he was the next...
Also Martha says good hunting instead of good night...

Also, when Prufrock gets the fax, ( I have TiVO and have checked this a few times...) where does it indicate where the casino is? No addresses, just Silas's name and phone number at the top.... ( use the voicemail code 4321 when calling...). How does he know to ask how far to Push NV?

This is going to be a great show...

I'd guess it's on the cover page (that's usually pretty standard for any corporate cover apge)

it's not, besides if it were a CORPORATE cover page it would have said Watermark Consolidated LLC.

I'm looking at a copy of the fax, and the only things that may give it away are the phone number's exchange code (he may know that 540 is in Push) and the name of the Casino (if he knows where it is). It does not make any other direct or otherwise indication of where Push is located.

Let's try not to get toooo detail focussed. I see alot of people trying to figure out way too much stuff, and are hunting down wild geese. You are not going to solve the entire puzzle by freeze-framing every second of video and coming to some wild conclusion because you saw a shadow suddenly appear on the wrong side of the fax machine.

You only need to get one clue out of each episode, and so far they have given those away:
1 - $1,045,000
2 - television

That's all you need to know for now. I just hope it gets harder from here out.

In theory I agree... but this is what spoilers do...

I think that there are two mysteries to solve here... one is the whodunnit that will be solved on TV, and I think that there are a lot of clues that pertain to that, which we may be able to put together in advance...

The other mystery is clearly how to find the money, and I would guess that there are fewer, but clearer clues pertaining to that.

If the only clues so far are the amount, and "television" (and I'm not ready to state that those are the ONLY clues so far), then I'd guess that you will need to know the amount in order to claim the prize, and that crucial information (perhaps the final clue) will be delivered via television.

However, there may be other clues that we can speculate about for the outcome of future episodes, AND other clues that may supplement the "key clues" that are to be found in each episode.

You never know what might be up my sleeeve...

ummmmmm

let us not forget that the name of ep. 2 is the black box alluding to the clue for that episode. Don't know if you noticed at all but the labelled television is not black at least not to my recollection. They may have given you clue #1 but they certainly will not hand feed you all of the clues on one single web site. Look for the black box, the bible perhaps, or maybe closely related the safe in Silas's house. think outside the (black) box. heh heh
