I know some of you guys will defend Janelle's choices (even the really dumb ones) to the ends of the Earth and beyond. But why is it not in her interest to get Marcellus out? He is scarcely loyal to her. he would have stabbed her in the back on her way out of the door last week if she had not won the PoV. he'd have done it this week but for the do-over of the HoH competition. He is a much greater threat to her than George is. Unless she is prepared to double cross one of her own alliance members, she pretty much has to put Marcellus up.

What am I missing here?

Jani, Danielle & CT think Marcellas will put up CT. No idea what he'd do, but he has said CT and BB6.

Jani also feels Marcellas will be a vote for her if she makes final 2. George won't be a vote.

CT/Howie/James said they will evict Erika and Jani seems to believe them. Jani also told George she might have to nominate him, but he'd be safe and she told Marcellas she would not nominate him. So changing now will only get her in trouble. It won't help her with George, but will hurt her with Marcellas.

I suppose that if Janelle is in the Final 2 and looking for votes, she will be in jeopardy of losing marcellus' vote now. But is not that the case for anyone she sends packing this week? They will all be bitter at the HoH who nominated them. Marcellus may wear his bitterness a little more openly on his paisley sleeve, but he is not unique in that (would she have Erika's vote? Chicken George's?). In the meantime, she gets rid of a known threat to her (her other problem is all she has left, aside from Howie, are known threats).

Besides , she wants to assure Erika's exit this week, if
Marcellas is on the block it's another target, and Erika may escape.

If Erika is saved, I swear it's because she has been rubbing Booger's crotch all week.

I agree complettely. And outside of strategic reasons to get rid of Marcellus....he's just not funny anymore.....more like annoying. Huge waste of airtime

Marci and Janelle have secret alliance.They want him gone because then she wont have backup. Marci is in alliance with everyone in house except CT. Marci is running back and forth with info some true , some not to all sides. This is why they want him out. With Marci gone, its just Jan and Howie. In week one Kaysar tells Marci no one must find out you are fifth alliance member, James does not know this. Chicken George in alliance with CT, need to keep him. The pawns in the game are James, stupid, CG and Erika all being used by house guests.

She told Marcellas she is nominating him. He's not happy. He said he always told her to do what was best for her and, if it was just Howie telling her to put him up, he'd be fine with it. But Jani has people around her she can't trust and people who told her from the beginning they are coming after her.

Jani promised Marcellas he was safe. What she didn't hear is that W/B/J/D want Marcellas to go, but Will is afraid of losing Jani now.

After Marcellas left the red room Will came in and Jani said she hated him for talking her into it. Will gave her a big hug and said everything will be ok. Sure it will.

W/B/J/D are hoping that Marcellas throws such a fit after being nominated that they can justify changing their votes to evict him instead of Erica. They figure they have a few days to work Janelle and Howie over until they agree to get Marcellas out. Janelle is an idiot. If they were going to evict Erica as planned, they wouldn't be pushing so hard for Marcellas to go up. Their reasoning is so stupid, but they've badgered her so much now that I think they've broken her down. (including Howie)

They have been tossing around ideas of what the secret power is for awhile and they are currently outside -- CT/James & Janelle and Will guesses tat maybe it's an instant HOH and you can nominate whoever you want.

Earlier in the HOH just Boogie & Will were talking about it and Boogie said he wished he let Will ring the bell and give the phrase. Boogie did say that if the power is something big, he would not use it right away & will confer with Will first (just as I thought). They also discussed that the producers wouldn't want whatever the power is to be used right away anyway and would rather drag it out.

At that time they were throwing out the possibility of nullifying votes or bringing someone back into the game.

Boggie, Will & James talk outside. Boogie says he wants the next 3 evictions to be Erika, Marcellas & Jani. He says if she does not nominate Marcellas, he will use that as an excuse to get rid of her next week. James says he hopes she doesn't use it because he wants to use the excuse. Jani comes out and the talk changes. James hurries inside.

Will acts very concerned about how she is feeling. He says it bothers him to see her upset and tells her she's making the right decision. Now Will is going to sit alone with her, meaning Boogie should hit the road. Will keeps saying it bothers him that Howie yells at her. Jani says all anyone does is yell at her. Will assures her she's doing the right thing. They talk about the coup and Will says Boogie will use it to protect Jani along with Will. She says everyone yelled at her to put up Will and she didn't. Will says it was a good decision. Jani says yes. Will says it was a very good decision and Jani melts and gives him a big smile.

In watching all the interactions between Will & Janie over the last couple of weeks, I think that he is playing her to a degree, but also that he does feel bad when people like Howie & James yell at her.

I really think that Will would rather take Janelle to the F4, both for strategic purposes (he knows he can get her to go along with him, plus the whole "keeping big targets" strategy) AND to continue the playful flirting he has been doing with her. I don't think there is anything serious between the two of them, but I think Will genuinely likes her "as a friend" and with that ego of his, it is obvious he enjoys the way she flirts with him, calling him Dr. Delicious and all that. Will is eating it up. I think Boogie is pulling more to keep the James/Dani alliance going, but Will would rather dump at least James to keep Janie around longer. (Just my thoughts & observations.)

The latest talk I heard from Will/Boogie was to keep Jani and Danielle until the end so those two can take out each other.

But their plan changes almost as often as Jani/Howie's does.

It seems obvious to me that Will wants to keep Janelle as a shield and Danielle as a shield. It's not that he particularly likes them more than the others, but they clearly are so blinded by their single-minded focus to get rid of the other, they are 1) not seeing CT and
2) more easily manipulated.

I don't know that he really likes or dislikes any of the other players in the game ( except his friend). He may like the attention from some , but it's a game.

If Will has viewers believing that he has feelings, I think he should be nominated for a "Best Actor" Emmy (in addition to getting his $1 million for winning BB7).

Will is trying to convince Janie that she has no friends other than himself, not even Howie. At the same time, he's trying to sabotage James without admitting that he's in a secret alliance with Dani and James. And he's relying on Dani to focus on BB6 before going after him -- plus he now has Boogie's "coup" power to protect CT if Dani changes her mind unexpectedly.

He's like a spider, with webs all over. It's incredible.

It's almost too painful to watch, and the fact that I think it's also so dang funny...makes me feel a little creepy.

I think Janelle knows she's beaten. She's worn down. 3 out of 6 HOH wins, and each one, she's been literally screamed at by her own alliance, not to mention hated by the rest of the house. She's done, and she knows it. Howie, OTOH, is just as gullible, if not moreso than Janelle, and he will EXPLODE when he finds out he's been played. I don't think Janelle has the energy left to even get mad.

I agree with everything you said, True. Janie even said (last night, I think) she knows there is no way she will make it to the end with everyone in the house gunning for her. She is beaten down and because she has a conscience, she has a hard time with the scheming in this game.

I see Will as the best "manipulator" player and Janie as the best "competitor" player. I would love to see them as the final 2, because I think they are the best in what they do and deserve F2 the most.

...Will wants to be sitting next to Boogie in the end, no doubt about it. The two of them have a deal to split the money if either wins so obviously he would want there to be a 100% chance of victory as opposed to a 50% chance since he is giving half to Boogie no matter what.

And this isn't one of those bs lets split the money deals between people that met 3 days ago on a reality show. They are best friends and biz partners outside the house so I'm sure it is an iron clad agreement that both will follow up on.

Ok, I can buy that, but I still think Will won't cry if it works out that way. He's told Boogie several times that he wants the final 4 to be himself, Boogie, Dani, and Janelle. He knows Janelle wins everything, and would take him to the end. When it comes down to it, Will has a HUGE ego, and wants to win the game.

I made a comment about this issue a few weeks ago. Janelle is a great competitor, but she's not a schemer or a manipulator. Last year, she did really well on this game because the line had been drawn from day 1: The Friendship vs The Sovereings. Aside from James, nobody was double dealing and the only two things that mattered were: 1)who won HOH and 2) who gets nominated. Everything was crystal clear. Alliances were exposed and all Janelle had to do was win competitions in order to ensure her survival.

This year is a whole different ball game. After being in the dominating alliance for 4 weeks, the alliance imploded thanks in great part to James' backstabbing. Janelle is very naive and I think her insecurities are finally beginning to show and Will is capitalizing very well from all that. Janelle has been defeated. Even if she got miraculously to the Final 2, she would not win this game. Most people would vote against her out of spite. And if she happens to be standing next to Will, he will definite win because he damn deserves it. At this point, I've lost all faith. I rather see Janelle get evicted next week than continue drawing out this agony. She was a great player last year and I prefer to remember her that way.

I know. My husband and I had to chuckle last night when James tried to explain the saying "pull the wool over their eyes" to Janelle and Howie. The blank expression on their faces was priceless.

You know I don't have anything against either Howie or Janelle but neither of them has a bit of strategic sense and seem just clueless next to the likes of Will, Danielle and James.

Feeds are back. George is sitting on the couch saying "what the hell just happened." He is stunned because he wasn't nominated. Guess it was Marcellas.

Flames are off and CG is sitting by himself in the LR and says, "What the hell just happened?" With his perplexed look. Howie comes back and and says "It's all good!" And Janelle apologies to him for telling him she was putting him up.

So, Marci is on the block. Now, will he handle it with dignity or go into a 3-1/2 day tantrum??
