Production really wants a man to be the first HoH: the guests entered in groups of 4 which were gender specific. They had to comepte immediately in a challenge in which only the first 2 of each group would be allowed to participate in the HoH competition.

The challenge consisted of moving a ball on a tabler maze and landing it on the right spot. The fix? The 2 groups of women had to reach a spot at the very end of the table so only 1 woman from each group were able to finish. The men had it much easier: One of the group had the very first spot on the maze while the other was only half way down the table. As a result, 4 men completed their maze so the HoH will feature 4 men going against 2 women.
