I'm having trouble getting into chat. It's a loooooooong story but here is the gist.My home PC has been flaking out, I was able to get into SB and RW chat no problem but couldn't maintain a connection. Sent PC in for repair. In the interim I have been using our new, old laptop (Compaq Pentium 3 running MS Prof.with dial in). I can get into SB message boards and read my mail but when I click the link to go to chat I get a blank graphics window with a little X in the upper left corner. I am not given a log in window at all.
Thinking this was an issue related to updates (newer versionof JavaScripts) I updated my computer. Again I tried loggin in...same thing happened. Is this an issue with a JavaApplet's or something else? Is there something I can download to get me into chat?
