But a peep has lost RTVW password.
Can it be retrieved?

if the retrieval goes to the email that is connected to RTVW, it won't work, cause that uses the same password. LOL

I've asked him who carries his email account; that may be the problem.
I'm not sure RTVW will accept hotmail accounts.

I'm not sure what the criteria is but basically I think it amounts to free email accounts aren't allowed.

Ag should contact the administrators of his existing email account and ask them if they can recover his lost password for him.

On a serious note, the agmeister should check with his internet provider. I have AT&T DSL, and even though my main email is a free Yahoo account, AT&T gave me another email which would pass muster as a non-free account.

I know at least they used to not like hotmail... my email for here is NetZero...
