I don't know what to make of it, not even really how to define it. Here's what's happening:

Over the past few weeks when I try to come to the boards nothing happens. I get dragged into an unending blank screen. I go to Task Manager, this site is not responding, and I eventually have to click "end task" and get booted offline.

When this happens is when I first try to come here after having logged on. After that I can log on again and come here no problem, but all the new post marks have been reset to show read from when I initially tried to come here and couldn't.

This is somehat annoying and a drag on my time.

Any ideas what's going on or how I can rectify it?

Never had that, but have you tried clearing out the cookies and the cache to see if that clears it up?
