Please help me. For the first six months I was a member of this site, my username was sticks, and I had checked the box that says log me in automatically when I return the first time I signed in. Well, for some reason last week I came back to SB, and I was not automatically logged in. I have long since forgotten that password.

I clicked on the link for people who cannot remember their password and was asked to enter my username and email. I entered sticks, and the email that I have been using since Dec. I was told that my username and email do not match any accounts on this site?? Huh? This email contains my real name as that was the only way I could use it if I recall correctly. I only have one account that has my name in the address.

I liked sticks, I would like to be able to continue posting as sticks. I've already missed commenting on the American Idol final and the first week in the football pool! I emailed Webby, but got no reply.

Can anyone help??

I liked sticks also, hope this problem gets sorted out soon. Are you using a different computer now? Have you changed servers? When this gets sorted out you should click on "user" and change the password to something you can remember.

sticks, I sent a reply back to you last week... but I just figured out what the problem is -- apparently when you first registered "sticks" you put the "-" in your email address in the wrong place (and therefore my reset email to you also went to the same wrong mail address.)

You should have just gotten an email at your correct address, if not let me know.

Don't worry, you are never to late to join the football pool. Besides, the first week stunk for many of us, so you'll have no problem getting caught up.

It's all so clear to me now!

When I first registered I didn't receive confirmation right away, and I had to email Webby to get my first password. Obviously, that was because I had orginally put the - in the wrong place. He was only able to respond to me by replying to the email I sent him.

D'oh!! Thanks guys. Don't worry I've now got my email address properly memorized (it's on my business cards for god's sake!). I'm still working on my telephone number
