"Question about username."

Is there a way to change your username without changing the email listing? I can see creating a new email account and then reregistering, but I rather like the account I am using, but am regretting using drawde236 as the username--just too blah for this site.

Thanks

Unfortunately you can not modify your username once it has been created, your only option is to create a new account, sorry.

Unless I was incredibly stupid (which is well within the realms of possibility!) when I tried to change my username by creating a new one, you can't use the same e-mail address for more than one username, or use "impersonal" e-mail addresses (apparently including any hotmail address) as alternatives.

Am I correct or stupid? ("Both" would be an acceptable if confusing answer.) Could someone blue please clarify? Thanx!

RTVW software blocks "free" e-mail addresses (such as yahoo.com, hotmail.com, etc.), and every user ID must be set up with a distinct e-mail address. We did this to block a proliferation of multiple-ID people in summer 2001.
