Thanks for this great "help forum"; now I know where to find the answers to all those nagging questions I've been dying to ask!IceCat was so cool to fix my sigpic to conform to board standards. Sorry for hogging up too much space w/ my flamingo before...it was definitely hard to miss that dang winking bird!

I have a question. I want to post a .jpg picture but it is named: C:\My Documents\My Pictures\drunk pumpkin.jpg. How do I get it to be named http://community.realitytvworld etc? And, then when I want to post the picture do I use "Image Links Enabled" or "File Upload enabled"? I really need step by step directions because I am a certified technidiot. Thank you for your help.
Click on reply.Click on "Click here to upload your file".
Click "Browse" and select the pic from your C: drive.
Click "Upload file".
It will return a http://community.realitytvworld URL. Cut and paste this from the little window and paste into the reply.
OR cut and paste into a Word doc and save it for future use in sigs and stuff.
OK, NB, I'm gonna try this.Hmmm. I get click on upload your file, then I browse and select my file. Then it ntells me to click on Upload File, do I use the same "click here to upload your file" as I originally used to get the browse screen? Cause when I do that I just go back to my blank reply page. Where is my file? And where's the little window where I cut and paste the http.//... into my reply? In most areas I am not so obtuse, but this kind of thing makes me feel like an idiot. I'm sure your directions are good, I'm just not doing something right. I thank you for your indulgence and help here.
No, you click on the little button below the "browse" that says "Upload File" (you probably need to scroll down a little). The URL returns in the same window.
Duh! It was the scroll down part I missed! Like my picture? Too much Witches' Brew last nite!! I can't thank you enough for your help. Now I'm off to post this at the Halloween Party in OT!
