I think that this might actually be a general computer use type of question rather than a RTVW specific question, but I'm going to throw it out there to see if somebody a lot more technologically savvy than I am can offer some assistance.I use a Macintosh Powerbook G4 with Mac OS 10.3.7.
I use Netcape 7.1 as my browser. For the last five days or so it has been crashing on me about once every half hour - but only when I am at the RTVW site - which may be just a coincidence since I tend to spend more time here than anywhere else. When the program crashes, I get a message that says "mozilla-bin" unexpectedly quit and asking if I want to send a report to Apple. (I usually do.)
Thinking there might be a flaw in the browser, I downloaded the more recent Netscape 7.2 but I still had the same problems. Last night I downloaded Mozilla 1.7.5 but that browser has crashed three times this morning.
Also, every since this started happening I have noticed that in the bar at the bottom of the browser where it usually says "Done" when a page has loaded it now sometimes says "Start: applet not initialized."
Does anybody have any suggestions on how I might "fix" this problem?

...while I'm also a Mac person on MacOS 10.3.7, I use Safari as my web browser. I'll have to ask Webby if he knows anything about compatibility issues with the current version of either Netscape or Mozilla.
I use Mozilla and also have trouble getting into the bar some nights, but I've never had a problem with RTVW crashing my browser. I'm using the most recent update on Mozilla on a desktop Dell with Windows XP.
