"What is the Zero Tolerance Policy anyway?"

I've seen it referenced sevearl times. I've looked around and done a search and I'm not really sure what it is. What is it?

I'm guessing it has something to do with making racist remarks or something. I've only been kidding around because Sean in S4 was my inspiration.

I would NEVER say that women are an dumb as cows. Gervase wasn't nearly as funny as Sean.

It's a policy that we don't bash each other. I have emailed the mods to have it reposted, I think we all need it. Please don't think I mean you, I mean ALL of us. SOmetimes a reminder helps

LAST EDITED ON 06-05-02 AT 00:48 AM (EST)

Last fall we adopted a zero tolerance policy on personal attack flamefests.

That means IF IN MY JUDGEMENT (ie, I don't give a rat's ass what excuses you try and come up with after the fact) the content of your post was a personal, hate filled attack on another poster then you're gone. That's it.

...post any posts that you intended to be sarcastic personal attack jokes at your own risk. Although I believe that I can pretty effectively tell the jokes from the flames, if in my opinion the post was a geniune personal attack -- despite what you claim to have intended -- then you're banned. Immediately and irrevocably. There are no second chances. There is no debate. You do not have the right to appeal. My decisions are final.

Thank you for the response.
I'll be more careful about what I say in the future.

Goofus makes flaming personal attacks on other posters.
Gallant always ends his posts with a smiley face.
