I know that when I respond directly to a post that my response is indented under the original post...but I have seen others that are not necessarily responding to a particular post, but posting more of a general respose about the thread topic AND their posts are NOT indented. Does what I'm describing make sense? I basically want to know how to post in a thread without having my response indented...

If you respond to the original post that started the thread, it will not indent.

If you respond to someone's resonse to the original, it will indent.
