IceCat designed the logo, but Webby owns the site, so you will have to wait for both of their responses before this is official, but I know that Webby's busy planning for the trip tomorrow so it might be a day or two before he has a chance to respond.

In the meantime, I'd assume that using the SB.com logo is alright, since it is being used as a link to this site, which essentially makes it a free ad (not something I'd expect either of them to complain about).

...if I'm wrong, they'll respond and let you know.

I gave Webby exclusive rights to the logo because it bore the name of his site. The decision is soley Webby's.

No problem, use of the logo on other websites is allowed when it's for the purpose of linking to SB.com
