I keep getting this annoying pop up asking me two download something from Gain, I can't get it to go away and it is messing up my posting, etc.

Where did it come from and how can I make it go away???

You shouldn't be seeing any popups from GAIN -- I haven't seen it myself, when were you seeing it? Are you still seeing it now?

Yep... even when I'm not logged on. Pops up everytime I change boards, threads or even when I try to reply to a post. I can't get back to the boards either once it comes up. I've run my anti spyware program, logged on and off, cleaned up all my temp files and cookies. Beats me....

Sorry, OK, I found it and disabled it -- it should be gone now... or soon (sometimes the adserver databases take a little while to update.)

...Gator had recently changed it's name to "Clarion Corporation" in an attempt to hide it's notorious name and as a result one of the new campaigns that it had started today via one of our ad networks managed to slip through our filters.
