How does one do this? I can't seem to find it as an option in any of the user menus.
I'm sure I'll feel silly when it's pointed out to me.

If you're talking about time stamps displayed on the posts on this site, you can't... all times displayed on this site are EST.
As each post is made, a static page is created for the thread... this DRASTICALLY reduces server load, allowing for less expensive hosting options and faster download speeds.
Unfortunately static pages means that things like time stamps displayed on the pages cannot be changed on a user-by-user basis, and consequently EST is the chosen "standard" for this site.
