I am sure everyone knows about the star studded telethon, and I was planning on donating part of my check anyways, but to mabe talk to George Clooney! *Swoon*My luck, I'll get Frasier Crane

Howdy sugrre and welcome! Brother Where Art Thou, just rented it last weekend! Clooney shows a great talent for comic timing. Reminded me of Cary Grant in those old screwball comedies he did. Looking real good last night, he sure was! It was great of them all to do this. Julia Roberts donated two million bucks! You GO, girl! Another hot guy, the Vedderman, I love that boy! One question I have to ask, because when I saw him I went "WHOA!" Clint, Clint....where did you find that brown jacket, and was it misbuttoned? I believe DK would have said a jacket like that should come with a bowl of soup! Thank you Canadians for lending us Celine. That girl knows how to belt out a tune!

Hi moonbaby... I know it's not the most appropriate thread to mention it, but that movie Rules! I don't know what does it the most, but everything is simply perfection: the music, characters, storyline, Everything! I gotta smile just thinking about it.

I think that Clint Eastwood was assigned the role of Senile Old Man on that telethon. If so he deserves an Oscar, he certainly played the role well.

Well, I never got to talk to a star, since it took me forever to get through. I so wanted to hear Jack Nicolson's voice at the other end of my phone. Or any of them. At 11:15 last night, I got through after trying since nine, adn I got a new female volunteer. Oh well.GOD BLESS AMERICA

LadyT, I'd like to say that you didn't get George Clooney because he was here with me, but then I remembered that was just a fantasy. Loved him in "Perfect Storm" and "Out of Sight".
