Not only does she know enough French to get by without "having lived there for 2 years", I was actually impressed she had enough knowledge of the flags to know that countries have similar flags and which country it probably was. I would say that she is by far the smartest individual on the show. If it weren't for Frank being such a turnoff, this probably would be my favorite team. I thought it was pretty despicable that Frank tried to steal Rob and Brennan's cab last episode. He basically does nothing but ##### about them even after they gave them their tip about not taking the train to Marseilles.

Too bad Margarite can't get together with Karyn and form a new team...

Great post managerr! I have no doubt that if Margarita and Karyn were partners, they would be in first place. But that would leave Frank with Lenny, and with Lenny being such a bonehead, Frank would probably push him off a cliff.

I too dislike Frank. He's proved himself to be verbally abusive and an all around bully. Who's he to talk about other people's tactics in the game?

Um, which one is Margarite? The one who always has her b/f or whatever the guy is, crying in frustration? I can keep track of the Baldies, the Guidos, The Lawyers, the Old Couple, The Emily/Mom, but after that, they all seem to run together. Are there two Black couples or one?

Now, if I can figure out who "Karyn" is....The red haired woman with the hen pecked fiance?

Karyn is the one who picks on poor bumbling Lenny. Amie is the redhead who picks on the tall guy. Both guys are henpecked and they're not even married yet. They'll all engaged; maybe they should switch partners. On a more serious note, I like how the gramps got along with each other...never a nasty word, never an accusatory word...always positive, optimistic, holding hands, kissing. Now THAT'S what a marriage is all about. The youngins' ought to take a lesson from them. It was great how all the other teams applauded the Gramps when they lost and had to leave.

I certainly agree! It brought tears to my eyes, the way they framed the final shot of their room after they came in last....the camera slowly panned from the rumbled bed to the nightstand, where there was a glass with water in it and two roses, with a couple of petals floating. Rather symbolic of them leaving. Oh yeah, and both sets of their teeth in the bottom of the glass.

Luckily they're going to Hawaii....they can gum that poi crap they like so much over there, no chewing needed.

I like Frank, I think editing tries to make everyone fit into a spacific role.
The Lawyers owed them, that is why they told them about the shortcut. Margarita was the one who figured out where the museum was. She also told them about the farris wheel being open for another 15 minutes? She was also the one who asked where it was.
Then the lawyers bolt, grab a cab and leave then in the dust.
If you review the tape you will see that both F&M where pisst.
Then the law guys tell the cabbie not to call for another cab.
Frank has stated that margarita is the smart one, he is the stronger one ( not many men will admit that their spouse is smarter)

If F&M where out to screw everyone they would not have told the frat guys that the flag was tunisia.
