Despite the interesting scenery, this leg was a downer-- I like all of the teams less than I did before watching the episode.

Like:
1. Ernie/Cindy (3) - Despite Ernie being boneheaded (again), they showed growth in their relationship and Cindy refrained from freaking out.
2. Andy/Tommy (1) - Where did that outburst of Christianity come from? I still like these two, but their beliefs are their business and not mine.

Meh:
3. Bill/Cathi (5) - Fortunately other teams have been more mediocre than these two. Can't say I like watching them all that much.
4. Amani/Marcus (6) - Here by default since other teams annoyed me more, plus Marcus is toning it down a little.

Don't like:
5. Justin/Jennifer (7) - Continuing to overcome their terrible editing deficit. One more good week and I might even find them tolerable.
6. Jeremy/Sandy (4) - Liked them much better when they were invisible. Jeremy is a tool, but at least Sandy is cute.
7. Laurence/Zac (2) - Don't think Laurence will be up for "Dad of the Year" awards anytime soon. Ouch.

Philiminated: Liz/Marie (8) - The absence of a massive bunch point spelled elimination for these two. Given their lack of racing skills, it was long overdue.

1)Ernie & Cindy - I just like Ernie enough to put them ahead of all other teams. Not to mention every other team either showed a dark side or messed up worse than Ernie & Cindy.

2)Justin & Jennifer - Default placement since they have slipped into the background and we now see less of them than we see of Jeremy & Sandy.

3)Jeremy & Sandy - They just gave up, not a good sign in a racer.

4)Amani & Marcus - They won the leg but I think it was the strange bus schedules that allowed that to happen. Marcus has toned it down a bit. Still would not want to see them win.

5)Bill & Kathi - Being on the right bus and no overly physical tasks allow them to get second place. I want to lvoe them but they just annoy me.

6)Andy & Tommy - I'm wary of anyone who says he knows the "right" way for everyone to live. Very disrespectful to say the temple doesn't mean anything because my god is the true god.

7)Laurence & Zac - What a #&*$^&!

Phliminated: Liz & Marie - not cut out for this race, never felt they had any chance during this leg.

Snidget made me creepy!

1. Amani/Marcus(6)(5)(7)(5)-Wow they move to the front of the pack and my love list. They had a good leg last nite, esp. after winning when they thought they were 2nd to last!

2. Justin/Jennifer (10)(7)(4)(4) -Jennifer did great with the photo and the respect for the other religion. Surfer dudes take note.

3. Bill Cathi(8)(3)(5)(6)-They did great this leg. Poor Cathi she falls everywhere she goes. They have a great attitude towards race and other racers I loved how happy they were for Marcus and Amani.

4. Ernie/Cindy(3)(6)(3)(3)-not a great leg for them. I would have been angry at that taxi fare woman too!

5. Andy/Tommy (1)(1)(1)(1)-I didn't know their last name was Weaver! They're not that bad but they didn't show respect and who knows who the "true dog" is anyway? A big disappointment to me last nite....they had to have said stuff like this before but it was not put in show...is their edit going downhill?

6. Laurence/Zac (2)(2)(2)(2)-boy did dad have a bad leg. First he tells Zac not to write down things and then yells at him for not remembering...no way he would have remembered either..then he makes them get off the bus. Dad's edit went downhill, Zac finally asserted himself.

7. Jeremy Sandy(5)(4)(6)(7)-meh.

Philiminated Liz/Marie(11)(8)(8)(8)-loved their enthusiasm with elephants! All animals should be loved like that and not like in Zanesville! Those baby elephants were soooo cute. The twins also got rehabed in their edit on their philimination episode like the Vegas show girls did. Good luck to them. By the way...it's a lot easier to get free cab rides when you are 2 cute blondes!

This is a tough list for me this week. The edits have been all over the map and it's hard for me to consistently like or dislike some of the teams. But here goes:

1. Amani/Marcus: So much better when Marcus isn't playing a character for TV. Amani has been a respectable contributor to their success so it's really a team effort.

2. Justin/Jennifer: They must have called a truce in their civil war because they actually looked like they're having fun.

3. Bill/Cathi: They did well and didn't annoy me so here they sit.

4. Ernie/Cindy: Yeah so he screwed up with not taking notes at roadblock number 2 but so did a few others. However, some of his comments make it seem like he's been subject to a lot of emotional abuse from Cindy.

5. Jeremy/Sandy: They were ok this leg.

6. Laurence/Zac: Not last because of Zac. I feel sorry for him. Dad is a pompous a$$.

7. Andy/Tommy: Ugh.

Eliminated: Liz/Marie: What a great final episode edit. I was sad to see them go.

1.(tie) Marcus/Amani- Great teamwork, great leg.
Bill/Cathi- love their enthusiasm. These two teams seem to really like each other. (And Ma and Pa can run fast too)
3. Justin/Jennifer- Good teamwork and way to show respect. I just need a bit more support for each other from this team.
4. Ernie/Cindy- No freak out session.
5. Andy/Tommy- C'mon guys!! What tha...
6. Jeremy/Sandy- Please stop talking/whining. Just go back to being invisible.

****Liz/Marie- I understand you really like elephants, but your excitement was kinda nauseating. Bye!!

Exactly! What was the deal with Liz/Marie practically orgasming over washing the elephant? Especially when it led to one of them forgetting to check the bottom of the pool for the clue...

Totally! They were so gushy!!! Hope they mature a little over the years - very hyper girls ;) I would love hanging out with elephants too but not their enthusiasm! ;P

I don't know, I thought it was endearing. I probably would have been even more enthusiastic!!

2. Justin & Jennifer -- wow, I never expected to put you this high! But you had the right attitude about the Spirit House.

3. Bill & Cathi -- just not my favorite team. Sorry.

4. Ernie & Cindy -- smart move getting an express bus. Bad move with the Spirit House Roadblock.

5. Jeremy & Sandy -- meh this leg, but you shouldn't give up.

1)Andy/Tommy (2,1,skipped,1) - Probably should have waited until you were off temple grounds for the confessional, but no one else was outstanding enough to put in front of you.
2)Amani/Marcus (5,5,s,5) - Did better this leg, and aren't driving me as nuts.
3)Ernie/Cindy (1,3,s,3) - Still stressing out too much, and I'm a little worried about Ernie always feeling like he needs to prove himself to Cindy.
4)Laurence/Zac (3,2,s,2) - Yeah, I don't believe you could have put together that whole shrine without any notes.
5)Bill/Cathi (7,6,s,6) - Did much better this leg, and actually seem to be in it.
6)Justin/Jennifer (9,9,s,8) - Much less annoying this leg, and very respectful at the temple.
7)Jeremy/Sandy (8,7,s,7) - I definitely liked them better when they were invisible, now they just seem grumpy and bitter.

Liz/Marie (11,8,s,4) - They seemed really nice, but didn't really have the drive to win.

1. Bill & Cathi: What isn't there to love about them? Charming, endearing, and rather good Racers too!

2. Marcus & Amani: Good edit this time around, without references to football or Detroit. They seem to get along very well together, week in, week out.

3. Justin & Jennifer: No bickering this week and we saw a respectful side to them that counts for far more than sibling spats.

4. Ernie & Cindy: Still the nice couple, neither blaming the other for their mistakes.

5. Jeremy & Sandy: Get along well enough, but not particularly charming on screen.

6. Laurence & Zac: Laurence is coming across more and more as a boor.

7. Andy & Tommy: Can't see karma even if it's staring at them in the face.

Philiminated: Liz & Marie: Rather charming conclusion for them, with their love for animals, their desire not to take money (but will take a free ride, if offered) and tribute to their dad. Kind of wish they were around another week.

I had to watch late this week and was thankful only the previews were not on my DVR.

1. I will stand by Andy & Tommy though I understand why some were bothered. They continue to demonstrate physical strength and more logic than some.
2. Bill & Cathy - hanging in there.
3. Justin/Jennifer - I am guilty of waffling with her but this week I enjoyed her reverent approach to the temple. I also liked her for telling their elephant she would give it a back rub with her feet.
4. Amani/Marcus - no truly strong feelings either way. I have a love/hate feeling for circumstances that are purely luck as far as transportation.
5. Ernie/Cindy - Ditto to those who pity Ernie for feeling so dam lucky that someone as superior as Cindy loves lowly him. She should also feel blessed and maybe she does but I suspect she shares his feling that he's the lucky one.
6. Jeremy/Sandy - meh
7. Laurence/Zak - what a huge disappointment. Dad showed a very unlikable attitude this week. First, let's scoff when son dares to suggest taking notes...and next, let's show insulted outrage when said son mentions notes would have been helpful. Don't blame me!

1. Ernie/Cindy (4) - Really support each other (though Ernie seems feeling inferior of himself) and always have a good attitude, the taxi part is a bit overreacted but understandable. If they did not get off the bus they could win this leg!

2. Bill/Cathi (3) - Good to see them get a 2nd place (even it's because of luck), much better if they could win this non-physical leg.

3. Jeremy/Sandy (6) - Feel for their frustration and they were really doing fine when in Phuket, catching up to the first 2 teams while all others fell back. Hope they could stay longer in the race.

4. Justin/Jennifer (5) - They are very consistent racers, Jennifer is quite interesting

5. Andy/Tommy (2) - Finally end their lead in the last 3 legs, the school part is quite funny even they got lost there

6. Laurence/Zac (1) - Do not like Laurence and feel sorry for Zac about the roadblock, but his move in changing bus is very risky....

7. Amani/Marcus (8) - Marcus is annoying. Please don't think you can be a strong team just because you win this leg luckily.

Philiminated - Liz/Marie (7) - Quite funny people, at least they have respect of the people and don't beg from the poor for the race, sad to see them go this early.

Some big changes on the Lvoe List for this week - first place is taken over by Bill & Cathi with five first place votes. They are followed by Amani & Marcus who also make a significant jump up to second overall. Ernie & Cindy find themselves in third place for a second week in a row.

Falling from the esteem of the Lvoe Listers were Laurence & Zac who you can find on the bottom of the List this week with a hefty seven last place votes. Jeremy & Sandy are mired in second to last while Andy & Tommy take a big tumble down to fifth place.
