LAST EDITED ON 10-10-11 AT 07:09 PM (EST)

Regardless of what you think of the group they ultimately put together for the current run, consider this: I just read the site's interview with Kaylani & Lisa. And at the end of it, we got the mandatory question: how did you get on the show? As it turns out, Kaylani actually applied. But she did so because she was recommended for casting by another player.

A Big Brother player.

Rachel Reilly.

Who was going to be her partner.

...until Casting told Kaylani that she personally was in, but she'd have to pick someone else.

We came that close.

However, if this leads to a Brenchel tour next season, I take it all back.

Whew! Though, unless there is a crying/bubbering challenge, or a 'defending My Man' challenge, she wouldn't have lasted long. Then again, I thought she had no chance on BB.

If there is Brenchel team in the future, all TAR fans should occupy the street outside TAR studios and protest.

So, what you are saying is that the casting department didn't want to come between Rachel and her man...

Didn't TAR film while Rachel was in the BB house? I bet it wasn't casting that saved us but BB itself. TAR was told Rachel was in BB so TAR told Kailani simply to find someone else, not wanting to spoil the BB surprise.

You're probably right -- TAR was probably told that Rachel was in BB so the TAR casting department told Kaylani just to find someone else. Lucky for us all -- of course, if Radon (the nickname for Brendon & Rachel on Reality News Online) gets on, I'll want them gone asap!

Radon????
You should tell the people at RNO that there is nothing noble about Brenchel.

They don't like Brenchel much either! And btw, I prefer the nickname "Radon" to "Brenchel", so I use it more.

But radon is an odorless noble gas and, while there is plenty of hot air in both, I can't see them as noble and they stink.

The threat of Brenchel on TAR20 is growing.

Capn2patch put me in motion!

Terrifyingly so. I don't know if the last rejection was a postponement or outright denial, but the former is looking more likely by the day.

Why do they bother to enter? Aside from BR the players from these game-shows (yes I call them game shows. None of the challenges I have seen on those shows come anywhere near what you have to do on TAR) have all done poorly if I am remembering them right.

No voting. No immunity. And challenges like none in those other shows.
