Please keep all sigpic-free discussion of tonight's episode on thread until 11 p.m. EDT, by which time the West Coast will have presumably remembered just where we parked the (censored) car.

Tonight: injuries! Immunity! Stupidity! A futile attempt to kiss up to the PTC! And Kristy Lee Cook will not go home! Again! -- but on the bright side, Dolly had some really nice things to say about Ami. (She said Ami had no chance. But she thought Ami looked really good doing it.)

We don't use valet service. Having someone park her car for her with a nice polish of the windshield and topping off the gas tank might send Cirie into a killing frenzy.

Why was I hearing the music during the pre-credits at Malakal as Horror movie-style music?


Y'know what, I thought of something....... Wasn't one of the team IC's for this season gonna be the infamous team chase IC? Whatever happened to that idea?

James and Parvarti (James with a semi-Jamacian accent....) are wishing they're back at camp Favorites/Malakal.......... and are worried that Ami and Eliza would team up with some of the Fans' women..........

Cut to thehunt scene....it's true, I think they are after the nefarious coconut crab...there's a big ##### one....screaming, Ami has it...nice work...this will give a girl a heart attack! Yep, the ole crab....Ami and Cirie with happy music...you guys got 15 crabs, the crab warriors....Ozzy and Ami talking, Ozzy chopping coconuts...Ami says don't worry about that stuff, she's telling Ozzy that SHE stopped Tracy from getting Ozzy off, it's not going to happen....Ozzy says that she was approached by Tracy about oting Ozzy off, Ozzy says that Ami says she's on his side, but Ozzy is getting an uneasy feeling...

Cut to Airai....they don't want another bite of coconut....they are looking at the rats, I wish we could kill it, Jason gets an oar to kill it...he got it...the girls scream...OH MY GOD!!!...get the shish-ka-bob....they will skewer him and bar-b-que him up...ewww look at his tail, Parv says that Jason is trying to impress the fav's and it's not working, he's a loser....Parv says it's a nightmare out here....James says this island sucks, there's nothing to do, you could live on Malakal Island, but here it's like where they'd bring prisoners...James complains, over here it's just Parv and I, James says that Nat and Alexis will be scooped up at the merge by Ami and Eliza, they need 2 more people...so now Parv goes to Natalie and says that she wants them in with her and James...with James Nat says that she can still win imunity, the big guys, Ozzy and James will be the big targets once we merge, they will be the first to go, but how about you, me, Amanda and Alexis, final four?....Parv says later for everyone else, shot of James sleeping in the boat....

Not a whole lot of empathy here, is there? We always knew Parvati would play the flirt game to suit her purposes and anyone who fell for it -- well, too bad. But now she's made it a little deeper in for strategy, and she still doesn't care. Put her in an F3 against Cirie, and we could have villainess vs. villainess vs. -- what?

Your regularly scheduled "Immunity Challenge in which both teams go to TC, but the winning team goes first and then the remaining members get to feast in the Jury Box while the losers have their TC" is partially interrupted by the medivacs of Jonathon and Kathy.........

Winners will get Pizza and Beer (what is this Big Brother now?)


Alexis and Ozzy are out of the challenge by the picks of the opposite tribe...........

Parvati has no respect for Jason, but she's perfectly willing to partake in any reward he brings in.

Jason is banking on his false idol. No alliances for him!

Well, Ozzy now knows that his fake HII is in play. He doesn't know who has it, but he knows somebody does..... after being kinda forced to go to the HII spot by Alexis..........

If he presumes the finder kept it (and idol-passing is rare), it's a limited pool. Everyone knows just who's gone to ExI, and only so much time has passed between the planting and his return visit. He doesn't know exactly who has it -- but he has to have a pretty good idea on who the finder might be.

ETA: You have to wonder about the idol clues here -- Kathleen and Cirie are starting to look extra-bad. It almost seems as if the idol was designed for something approaching a first-search find: too many people are locating the exact spot.

1. Parvati's a weird one to sit for a balance-oriented challenge.

2. Erik's injury was completely overplayed (as expected).

3. Cirie was put in a position where she couldn't do much to throw the challenge -- bad aim and not knocking people off was her best non-shot. She would have better off, for her strategy, falling off repeatedly.

4. Ozzy is now in a strategist's dream situation: holding Immunity and the idol. If you have a good read on your tribe's target, this is a Get Rid Of One Person Free card -- he's just not the person who'd ever consider playing it.

And listen to Ami's confessional following the challenge: she doesn't seem to think the rest of the tribe has been throwing Immunity. Ami may have been on the serious outs for a very long time -- more than was shown in editing.

Cirie comments that Erik is trying to sell his soul to the devil -- while he's trying to buy safety from her.

Self-perception is no longer her strongest suit.

Cirie doesn't trust Ami, Cirie doesn't trust Erik... brings up the question of just who Cirie does trust. She manipulates as many people and events as she can, but does she have anyone willing to carry her through a rough spot?
