It is really hard for me to believe that out of the people that know and have had a hand in publishing the book won't say a word. There has to be a large number of people that have seen the book when it was being put into print. The book will be ready for selling in September, which means it has been finished for a while.

I was thinking that too.. unless the book isn't in production here in the US. It may be printed out of the country where the workers don't speak our language and are unaware of the shows status here in the states.

Just a thought.

I think the $4 million liquidated damages clause probably was required by CBS from the people working on the book, too. Heck, since the show's been so successful, the damages for leaking info might even be higher now!
