OFG--if it's not one or the other, I'm guessing it's the special effects from the Ten Commandments remake--remember when Yul Brynner can't get his army past the pillar of fire? I don't remember any lightning, but of course they'd make the FX bigger and better, nowadays.I sorta kinda remember something like this (don't you?), but for some reason, it's a bit foggy. . .
