No one here really runs any of the shows so I wouldn't expect any emails other than spam.

The best way to apply if you do not know anyone in the reality TV show business is check the official websites for the networks or shows you are interested in as they always put their applications and casting requirements there.

They don't usually wander the internet boards looking for people.
