My biggest question about this show is, why on earth would anyone want to be on it?!!! They are forced into painful and otherwise awful situations for what? This is a show for masochists, like #9 seems to be. Nevertheless, I'm morbidly attracted to it. Anyone else?

I am ashamed to say that I am watching it as well.

OK $50,000 is a fair amount of money, however it is so not worth it.

Yep, I'm watching, too. I am fascinated by this show. Whenever it's on, I can't help but watch even if they are repeats. I've probably seen the episodes of v2.0 at least 3 or 4 times.

Man, I wish I could get this show. I've seen recaps of it on another site and it sounds so fascinating.

It is fascinating, in a very morbid way. Just how much torture can a human take? First one to crack gets kicked out. However you never know if someone has already broken. Last week number 1 quit at 14 flesh pegs (13 more than I would have managed) all the rest carried on to 48 pegs.
