We're liking this thing. The finale was last night; haven't watched it yet. It's Hell's Kitchen guy meets Hairspray, but nicer.

I loved this show. Amazing to see all the owners beg for help but yet don't want to change a thing they are doing. She doesn't have a wand people!
For the most part, it seems most of them saw the error of their ways and made good changes that stuck.
With the exception of that one salon Imagines in Long Island NY> Wanted big money in her salon but I doubt that was ever going to happen without firing all the staff including herself. Not to mention she was in a strip mall next to a drug store and a donut shop. Yeah keep dreaming honey.
