I agree, janisella, although I kept watching so I could see D.I. McSweeney make these idiot recruits suffer a little more.But let me add a couple of points on why it might have been cancelled:
1. The Stacey lawsuit against Survivor. No matter who actually wins that, it is going to raise the questions of whether or not these reality TV shows can be "fixed" or must proceed as actual game shows (which, by law, cannot be rigged in any way) where money is at stake. Boot Camp was obviously rigged (as I've waxed poetic on before, there is NO WAY with the alliances they were showing us that the males and females would remain even throughout the series), so that lawsuit would affect future Boot Camps.
2. The Survivor v. Boot Camp lawsuit. In this last episode, the music sounded almost exactly like Survivor II. Boot Camp might win that lawsuit, but they still have to fight it and might not want to have to fight it further.
