I can't stand it when these morons say "I think anyone would have quit by now if they went thru the same thing as I did". Yeah right!

Their training is not even close to the real thing and they have tons of free time to plot, chat and play around. yet they act like if they were in hell.

Jackson whining about the DI trashing the barrack was too funny. Hellllloooo? They do that all the time in real Boot Camp.

Shitlow hurting her ankle was quite pathetic, jumping on logs is basic stuff you do even outisde the army.

Does Whitlow think she's sucking it up? Sheesh. A girl I went through Airborne school with injured her ankle during jump week. You want to talk about sucking up the pain and driving on! The Black Hats were all over her, making her walk back and forth, and she didn't flinch. She jumped that fifth and final jump, too, and ran off the drop zone. But after that fifth jump was made and those silver wings (deservedly) pinned onto her chest, she scooted to the medic. Now THAT, Mizzzz Whitlow, is "sucking it up."

These crybaby legs better be glad that I am nowhere near them. Recruit Moretty would have been GONE for yelling back at the DI if I had been in charge. At the very least, she would have been out all night long picking up trash or raking the sand pit, then (without sleep) been doing a full day with the other recruits. Would she have time to conspire? Nope. She'd be doing additional chores, mopping the chow hall to a perfection of cleanliness that the recruits would be able to eat off the floor. Then we'd go work on the latrines.

You mentioned free time, Omi? How about all that free time they have to talk in front of the cameras as well as plot time? Geez, I'm sure that real Marine boot camp gives you that much time.... yeah, right....

and some of them don't even know their left from right. When the DI was telling them the reward would be movie night, he told them to put out their left arm. Our proud Ms Brown can be seen raising her right arm, then after a few seconds she realizes that she's different than everyone else (!) and changes.

I agree Monkeyboy! Balloon Boy was the only interesting guy on this show, and he had talent too!

But back to you, Omi. I did agree that these guys are wimps. They complain about having to be punishment. In Morietty's words, "Why do we have to be punished? Isn't not winning the reward punishment enough?" Hello, but this is Boot Camp! You fail, and you are punished!

But Balloon Boy Yaney definitely deserved to win.

Point well taken! Every now and then, I tend to go off inappropriately. Sorry Omi! If you got your feelings hurt, as you said, "suck it up"!
I don't know if Omi has ever sprained an ankle, but it's not that difficult to do and they do pretty much cripple you for the first few days. Assuming that Whitlow was faking the injury or should have continued on as normal is just ridiculous.
