"Pirate Master Fantasy Game Week 6 Entry/ Week 5 Results"

Week 5 Scoring

Ahoy mateys, lots of pieces of eight were awarded even though everyone had to cut a crew member adrift!!

This game is always open to all newcomers, if you haven't made your team yet please join us.

Pieces of eight were handed out to pirates as follows:

1. 60 gold dubloons awarded if any player on your team is named Captain. Louie, Azmyth
2. 20 gold dubloons awarded if any player on your team finds and keeps booty. Azmyth, Ben, Jay, Jupiter, Kendra, and Laurel
3. 10 gold dubloons awarded each time any player on your team says "Captain, Treasure, or Pirate". Azmyth(7), Ben(1), Christa(1), Jay(5), JD(1), Joy(1), Laurel(1), Louie(6), Nessa(1), Sean(2)
4. -30 gold dubloons penalized if any player on your team walks the plank, has to participate in keel hauling, is left for dead, or is cut adrift at Pirate's Court. Sean
5. 100 gold dubloons awarded if any player on your team is responsible for a mutiny. None
6. 50 gold dubloons awarded if any player on your team succesfully bribes another player. JD
7. 70 gold dubloons awarded if any player on your team is heard reading any part of a treasure clue out loud. Azmyth, Christa, Jay, and Joy
8. 10 gold dubloons awarded each time any player on your team has their name on the screen in a confessional. Azmyth(4), Ben(3), Christa(3), Jay(13), JD(3), Joy(0), Jupiter(2), Kendra(1), Laurel(3), Louie(4), Nessa(10), Sean(11)
9. -10 gold dubloons penalized if any player on your team is a deck hand, a commoner, not part of the Captain's direct crew. Christa, Joy, JD, Kendra, Laurel, Sean
10. 100 gold dubloons awarded if any player on your team is granted a pardon that saves them from being cut adrift. Not used

Week 5 bonus:
1. Name one player that will chop the sabotauge rope seen on screen, worth 100 gold dubloons None

2. Name one player that will use a key in a lock seen on screen, worth 100 gold dubloons Azmyth, JD, Jupiter

3. Name one player that will have no confessionals, worth a token that can be traded in for one free crew change at any time in the game up to the week before the finale. Joy

Many scored the bonus but only two got the free crew change, congrats to Visionquest and arkiegrl. Place this next to your siggie until you use it:

The top score of 790 gold dubloons would have been a team including: Azmyth, Jay, Louie and either Christa or Nessa Congrats to Hauntedone for having a perfect Pirate Crew!!!!!

High score including bonus was 870, congrats to byoffer, michel, and Scarlettohara

Reading instructions is important, this week each player was to set adrift one crew member and get down to four. By not doing so many of you left your fate in my hands as I said I would cut a player for you. For each person that needed a crew member cut adrift I cut the first person on your crew alphabetically. Your new crew is listed in the scoring.

CTgirl kept the number 1 spot, Emydi and Kircon round out the top three.

Every edit to your crew will cost you 50 gold dubloons, unless ye lost the set adrift player, Sean whom you can replace for free.

Ways to get pieces of eight per episode:

PLEASE NoTE CHANGES!

1. 60 gold dubloons awarded if any player on your team is named Captain.

B. If changing your crew, please state in your post and say who you are replacing and what new pirate takes their place. You will be penalized 50 gold dubloons for EACH crew member changed.

C. If you lost Sean due to him being set adrift, you need to replace him free of charge, please state your intentions in your post.

Arg! A mighty fine week on the sea for me.

From my crew, I think Louie will get the fewest confessionals. Going by last week's precedent, however, if that answer is not acceptable, then my answer is Azmyth.
