I am neck deep in cake. Wedding cake that is.

I do have last weeks questions and all bonus' scored.

I just don't have time to write it all out.

So....

What type of cake am I baking?

For any answer - 10 points

For the correct answer - 25 points and a slice of cake.

You have until the the day of the wedding (Saturday).

I'll go with a vanilla white cake with dark chocolate frosting. congrats to the happy couple! enjoy the ignorance of wedded bliss...or is that the bliss of wedded ignorance....or just wedded ignorant bliss. whatever. congrats!

4 layers per tier.
Each tier is about 5 inches.
I love convection ovens.
It's a tall cake.

Well since my first thought of Red Velvet was already taken.. I'll go out on a limb and say carrot cake.
