Thinking about it, he may very well have been WITH the FBI/CIA at some point. You know, like when they were sending in those agents that they were not particularly fond of, to seek and search for chemical **humm humm* spills.....

Kind of has the look, feel and actions of one who has been exposed. Ya think?
