Vote 1: Kelly and Sue make a big fuss. In Hindsight, they basically handed Rich the political game at this point.

Vote 2: Gervase and Colleen make those rediculous shirts. Sure they were cute, but maybe I'd try to get away with not tempting the Tagi 4 (it probably wouldn't work, but still)

Vote 1: Rift Between Kelly and Sue! Both of them allowed Richard to manipulate them, in my opinion, by playing on their own paranoias about the game.

Vote 2: Sean Doesn't Form Counter-Alliance! The moment arrived ... and went. With the two Pagong, himself and Kelly (who might have gone along with it at that point), they could have taken everything out of Richard's hands. One word, Sean: backbone. He should have shown some.

Vote 1: Sean Picks Richard/Joins Alliance! It was really too late in the game at that point, the most it could have gotten him was surviving two more TCs (if that). Plus, by switching his pick at the last second, he made himself look bad to all the remaining players.

Vote 2: Colleen Loses Concentration (IC11)! That was a challenge she should have won, she had the advantage over everyone right from the start.
