Salsa is made. Steak is marinating.Flank steak isn't that common around here, took awhile to find one that really was a flank steak that was labeled as a flank steak. They sell a lot of "london broil" but that can be any of a number of different cuts and I wasn't sure I could tell by looking if it was the right one. Summertribe and the living is ease-zee
