Where were you when I needed you to talk me down this weekend?
We had about 14 people over for a BBQ on Monday and I spent Saturday and Sunday preparing the following:
Spicy, lemon marinated olives
warm german potato salad
tabouli
cole slaw
three different salads on a stick with homemade dips/drizzle (ceasar, greek and caprese (sp?))
jerk ribs
portuguese chicken - the only thing we bought from a restaurant)
grilled pineapple (to go with the pumpkin roll my neighbour brought, and a dollop of french vanilla ice cream)
Oh, and one brother brought his homemade guacamole.
I'm still exhausted.
