Done.I added a bit of chopped celery to the chopped onion as I had some to use up and it was just a bit too soft for raw snacking but would be good in soup. I'm thinking I may do it again with chicken broth as I like that better than beef broth most of the time and I may play with some seasoning of the meatballs. I used my melon baller to scoop the meat balls and that worked well. I also did them a bit early and let them refrigerate until I was ready for dinner. I may also put more veggies in the left overs. I could have used more veggie chunks (used a cup of frozen green beans. I have some fresh asparagus that might be good in it and that can cook during the reheat). Here is a picture.
