6 lbs was about 11 or 12 ribs. If you bought about 2 lbs or a package of 3 or 4 ribs you could cut all the above ingredients by a third and place it in a smaller pot or maybe a crock pot. The slow cooking or braising is what makes the ribs so good so I don't think cutting the recipe would alter it too much. You would have enough for two meals for yourself. Since there is usually only two of us at home now, I've been thinking to myself that I should try to cut the recipe so I can make it just for us.DS "doesn't eat ribs?" Poor Arkie! Maybe he'll change his mind when he sees how mouth-watering they are!
