PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

"Beg, Borrow & Deal 2: Some information" |
The snippets of information from the link above got me interested to see how much information I could find about the latest edition of the show. I found some interesting things... some of which could be considered spoilers, so if you don't want to know, better go on to the next message. I don't mind.Casting call on Spanix.com - looking for only two teams, darn it. Also lists the projected starting and ending points. Filming permit in Greater Miami Now comes the real fun stuff: Milwaukee contestant tries to make the final cut Milwaukee contestant returns home Though you really should read all of these articles (they're not very long), let me try to summarize them: * Greg Matzek, a radio producer/bartender, will be one of the contestants. He's 25. * Filming was done in late April and into May. * The list has 50 tasks this time. Contestants still have to do 10, but can't repeat a task that another team has done. The point in italics is a key change, and one I think will help the show. * It's still one task per state and 5 per time zone. * Summer Sanders is mentioned as host. Does this mean we won't have Rich tell us about the 12-hour rule anymore? * Greg's group got along well. I'm sorry to hear that. * The players were miked from wakeup to bedtime, but not necessarily in cars. Interesting. * Producers monitored all phone conversations. Creepy. * One team made it to Mt. Rushmore and won (I assume). * Greg spent 2 1/2 weeks on the road. * The season starts July 8.
