I did not know about the schedule change, and missed the episode I was supposed to summarize!!Ack! And then, I missed tonight's because the VCR crapped out. I'm lost. Can anyone take over my summary spot? OR can I trade for a later spot??
These reality show contestants need a reality check!

I did not see all of the show because my wife forgot to tape the first 30 minutes. However, to get the ball rolling, here goes. It was all acting night, with no action or romance to get in the way. Pairs were tied up sitting on a bed and they had to basically ...act. Unfortunately, Linda and House were let go. (Note, they were not paired together.) I can see House leaving, because his acting skills are limited, although he was my favorite person there--very likeable. As for Linda--big mistake. Linda has so much passion and seems much more natural than some of the others. My opinion: I don't think the two men producers who voted her off, the lady loves her, like her look. Admittedly, she's not sexy looking, although certainly acceptable. She doesn't have a body that kills and her face is not striking to look at. I think the MEN want at least one of this, and thus were willing to sacrifice her superior acting skills. The other ladies--Mae, Jean, Melisande, Corrine--are all okay, but they lack that flair Linda brings. Corrine is surprising me. For a boxer, she's not a bad actress. Mae got my vote for best on that show. As for House, he certainly was not the worst actor that night--Jarred stunk--and Jarred knew it too. Call it a bad day, but the powers to be decided he's still promising enough to keep around. They felt House is more of a project, thus expendable. None of the men impress me THAT much. Come to think of it, neither do any of the ladies. They're all okay, but I don't see star power in the entire lot. That's all folks! (Go easy on me, I'm new at this.)

HI, TennisMennace,Thanks for the summary. I was surprised - having missed last week's episode like everyone else - that they got rid of House. AS the best-looking, he was a much better prospect than any of the other guys. Meanwhile, large-nostrilled Linda was an obvious boot. Much as I'd like to see more of Melisande, there's as much chance that Haiti will put a man in Space before the end of the week as there is that any of the remaining bozos will make it as an actor. 
This is not the Off Topic forum, so I don't have to add anything here.

Joisey, my VCR crapped out a while ago so now I just record stuff on the DISH hard drive. I can't think of any way I can send that to you. (I'm still waiting until I can afford a recordable DVD format thing.)I think the summary schedule is open after this week. Just go to the summary writer's thread and claim an available slot. Then hope NBC doesn't reschedule it on you again--they're sneaky that way. You did miss a bunch of make-out sessions, excuse me--love scenes. Since you're a guy you might have enjoyed seeing all the women in sheer panties. Sumere & Greg(?) were no big loss.
