If Rob had left that decision-making process up to Amber much longer, Gretchen could have two-stepped backwards across that water cooler. What a disaster. As SOON as they saw Ray complete that task, they should have been in the car, if not sooner. Dumb, dumb, dumb mistake. Amber is NOT good at decision making in the heat of the moment and Rob is. There's nothing wrong with admitting that. They need to and move the heck on.
