Swami 5881 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 06-30-04, 10:25 AM (EST) "This Show is Weird." I can't figure out why they skip showing things like the team picking last night in full--which would have been very interesting & revealed a lot about how the Star Wannabees are reacting and interacting. What's the point of having them together in a house if the editing of the show can't reveal the complex dynamics and manipulations that must be going on? Okay, they showed Viviana's meltdown, but I got no feeling for anything else in the house. The process they are going through is interesting (well, to me anyway), but the show has yet to make me really care about any of these people or feel like I know them. After 3 eps in other reality shows I usually have some strong opinions & images of the contestants, and am beginning to root for someone. So far in NAS? Nada. I also hope that the producers of the TV movie that will air after the show is over had the presence of mind to include all the NAS contestants in some way--even just as walk-ons, etc. It would be fun to have the waiters & bartenders be waiters and bartenders in the movie. Last night was all about the Viviana meltdown, maybe now that it's over we can move along. I did like the bit about revealing their tough moments....House had me fooled along with everyone else.
