Paige is an excellent actress. She would have won an Oscar for her performance. If she would have been "the choosen one", she would have taken the million dollars, hand down....but I still maintain, this whole show was STAGED and manipulated.

Paige hasn't been dating as long as Erin has, so she still have that innocent quality about her. It's one thing to be realistic, but I think a lot of women are just plain cynical, probably because they have met too many Jacobs or "Shakes the Clown" types in life. I wonder is Shakes real name is Jacob??

I completely agree. Perhaps the fact that I'm 30, and the women I usually date are 26-32, results in the reason I see more of the jaded types of women out there. The problem is, they all realize that I am not like the "Jacobs" or "Shakes the Clown" types, yet they insist on dating multiple men for "fun," as they refer to it, all claiming to not be ready for a committment. Where I come from, those are referred to as "committment-phobes." However, I feel it's more like trial and error for the women, dating multiple "time-wasters" until the right guy comes along, therefore confusing this with "just not being ready." I prefer not having anything to do with them if they're not fully interested, and would love it if they'd just be honest.Hence, my attraction to the type of Paige personality, albeit a younger, more naive and less experienced approach. But, I'm sure that she's a completely different person now after having been on that show, hence her personal website with "lovepaigejones" thongs and panties and boxers for sale. Not to mention she's now filming independent movies and likely getting millions of email proposals per day. There are other fish in the sea like her...the problem with California "fish" is that they look to a man's abdominals and checkbook balances as a method of choosing soulmates. Regards,

Like they say, our current society seems to breed the attitude of bigger and better, she may think that she can always do better, but she should be careful. She's going to end up cold, old and whithering on some bar stool in her little spinster bar-fly club, and most assuredly, ALONE.

That would be nice if people could just be honest. Just send them to their respective rooms, cluster together all the couples who just want to have fun. It would be nice if they caught lying to send them to some kind of dating court of law, and if they get convicted, force them to wear some kind of tag that tells the world something about them - like a red tag for a married man who sleeps around, or purple for some stupid chik who just wants to have digging for gold. Sounds like treating people like cattle, but they can be so cruel. Tagging would be a mild punishment for playing with someone's life. I realize that honest women are tough to find, but imagine being in the position of one of those women. I may be young but I'm not naive when it comes to men. After living in Italy for the past four months I have seen another side of being myself. I realized that while many women are looking at the checkbooks, I am looking at the man. I am a romantic at heart and feel it very offensive when women such as those claim to be honest. I will never manipulate a man for something that I want. If I have to do that he's obviously not the one for me. While these types of women are dominating, remember that they are not the only type...there's still girls with my philosophy out there and I'm looking for the man to prove that a personality actually counts and not only the looks...kudos for nice California man! Why aren't you in Seattle???
