If you have a digital camera or scanner%2C the software you need comes with them. Or if you have Microsoft Suite%2C it comes with a photo editor that will resize it for you. You can also resize to some extent in word processing programs %28%22insert%22 an image and than %22drag%22 it to the size you prefer%29.
